During our trip to Australia, we experienced many unforgettable adventures and fully felt the warmth and kindness of human nature. Our adventure begins at Philip Island, a small island famous for its charming little penguins and chocolate factory. We arrived at the coastal tourist spot in the evening and waited quietly for the little penguins to return home. Finally, we witnessed groups of cute little penguins walking ashore from the beach. It was a heart-warming scene. The next day, we visited the chocolate factory, made chocolate ourselves, and tasted the delicious freshly baked chocolate.
Next, we took the Puffing Billy train, which was a nostalgic journey. We passed through stunning valleys and dense forests, the sound of the train echoing in our ears. Sitting on the train and feeling the cool breeze, we immersed ourselves in this special train journey, as if we had traveled back in time.
We then took an amazing road trip along Australia’s Great Ocean Road. We followed the coastline, enjoying the endless views of the ocean. The azure waters and rugged rocks complement each other, and the magnificent cliffs are breathtaking. We stopped the car to record these beautiful moments and keep them in our memories forever.
We arrived at the Grampians National Park, which is the perfect place for camping. We set up our tent in the middle of nature and enjoyed a peaceful night. The stars twinkled and the moonlight illuminated our campsite as we immersed ourselves in nature, taking in its magic and power.
However, when we arrived in Border Town, South Australia, we encountered some entry restrictions. According to regulations, we had to throw away the fruits and food we brought. It was a little challenging, but we understood the importance of protecting the local ecological environment, so we complied with the regulations.
We eventually arrived at Cape Jarvis and took the ferry to Kangaroo Island, famous for its kangaroos and other wildlife.
On Kangaroo Island we camped in a beautiful natural setting. In the early morning, when we woke up, the kangaroos were eating on the grass. They were very friendly to people, allowing us to observe their lives up close. We also visited the National Wildlife Park and saw other unique Australian animals like wombats, parrots and emus. These animals interacted with us and made our trip to Kangaroo Island even more memorable.
However, halfway through our trip, unfortunately a traffic accident occurred. As we were driving on a gravel road, the car suddenly skidded and rolled over. We panicked, but luckily there was an off-duty police officer who was also traveling nearby and he immediately came to our aid. He handled the accident scene calmly and professionally, ensuring our safety.
Although the wait for rescue was a bit long, the rescue team finally arrived. We were taken to the rural hospital in an ambulance to be checked out to make sure we were not injured. In the hospital, the medical staff took good care of us and made sure we were in good health.
After examination, we required further treatment so we were arranged to be returned to hospital in Adelaide by rescue plane. Although this journey was full of thrills and challenges, we are very grateful to those who helped us. Their professionalism and care put us at ease and made us realize that there is always someone willing to lend a hand in any difficult moment.
Although this accident interrupted our journey, this travelogue will always remain in our hearts. It reminds us to appreciate every moment and be grateful for those who provide us with help and support. This trip to Australia made us feel the beauty of nature and the warmth of humanity, and gave us priceless memories and profound lessons.
