The new Guangdong Provincial Museum is located in Zhujiang New Town. Its unique appearance resembles a "treasure box" and it is the largest comprehensive museum in the province. The permanent exhibitions in the museum cover history and culture, natural resources, Chaozhou wood carvings, ceramic art and Duan inkstone art. Particularly eye-catching are the Oceanarium and Paleontology Museum. The 1:1 dinosaur and marine life skeleton models have become popular check-in spots, which are very suitable for family travel and taking photos.
