Liupian Mountain is located in Yongxing Village, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City.
It is connected to Maofeng Mountain on the back and Baiyun Mountain to the south.
It is part of Baiyun Mountain Forest Park.
There are three beautiful reservoirs in Liupian Mountain.
The first one is sapphire,
Some people also call it Erhai (shaped like an ear).
Viewed from the air, it looks like a sapphire.
When the weather is good and visibility is high,
You can overlook Mosing Ridge and Xiaomanyao in the distance.
The second reservoir is called Dashantang.
From a distance, it looks a bit like the sacred lake Ram Latso in the south of the mountains in Tibet.
The third one is called Tianchi,
That is Liupianshan Reservoir,
It is the deepest and most beautiful one.
✅Must experience: See Tianchi in Guangzhou
Liupianshan Reservoir, also called "Tianchi",
Located under the cliff, the deepest point is more than 30 meters.
The water in the pool shows a surprising blue color.
It is the most beautiful of the three reservoirs in Liupian Mountain.
The water in Tianchi is relatively deep.
Nearby residents often come here to swim.
It is also a place frequented by many diving enthusiasts.
If you are familiar with water properties and the village committee allows swimming,
You can take a dip in the reservoir.
The road up the mountain is divided into two,
Go through the gate and walk to the fork in the road:
1. On the left is a relatively steep mountain road, a shortcut, you can reach the top of the mountain in about 20 minutes.
2. There is a gentle mountain road on the right, which takes about 40 minutes.
✅Must experience: Hiking Liupian Mountain
Liupian Mountain Line is one of the four classic hiking routes in Guangzhou.
The whole journey is about 11 kilometers and takes about 3 to 4 hours to walk.
It is a beginner training route for travel enthusiasts.
Breathing will also be particularly comfortable due to less air pollution.
We passed through several bamboo forests and woods on the way.
Because not many people go,
So the feeling of tranquility has always been retained.
