YongQingFang (永慶坊) Moon Bridge
The road is lined with traditional Chinese-style buildings, offering souvenirs, shopping, restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, a Chinese opera hall, and a museum! There are also traditional Chinese costume rental shops for photo opportunities, and you'll see a lot of young Chinese people dressed up in traditional costumes.
We recommend visiting at sunset for a stunning view of the sunset and the bridge lit up, where you can see the light reflecting off the water, creating the shape of a moon. Boats can also paddle through the canals at intervals. 🌙🛶
*Don't forget to bring a portable fan, as it can get quite hot and crowded.
For beautiful, high-angle shots without having to compete with others, I recommend visiting Hong Men Cafe. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the bridge.
Getting there: 🚇
- Metro Line 1 -> Get off at HuangSha
- Metro Line 6 -> Get off at HuangSha
(It's a bit of a walk, but I recommend taking the DiDi for the most convenience.)
- Or you can take the bus, which is also very convenient.
Along the way, there are many shops along the way.
