Chen Qubing's former residence is located on the bank of Sanyuan River in Tongli Town . Its main gate faces the street and the river, and its walls are high and quiet. Its main buildings include Haoge Hall, Baichi Tower, and Luyu Qingyao Pavilion. It is a simple and ordinary residence in the Qing Dynasty.

Above the lintel originally stood a plaque reading " Xiaoyou Jiuye. " Upon entering, visitors can see the Banting, the remains of the family ancestral hall, the Baichi Tower, and the Haoge Hall. Facing east, there's a moon-shaped gate. The lintel reads " Green Jade and Green Yao Pavilion , " now covered in moss. Green Jade and Green Yao Pavilion, also known as the Hall Tower, faces west and east, and consists of five floors, five basements, and two side rooms, totaling 13 rooms. It's said to be over sixty years old.
