Staying with kids in a dream room at the happy Guangzhou Chimelong Theme Hotel

I really like the duplex room type. Since having kids, I always prefer booking duplex hotels.
This time we stayed in the Forest Code Theme Residence’s Despicable Me Minions themed room.
The 50-square-meter duplex with two floors is very comfortable, featuring a long slide from the second floor to the first. Besides eating and sleeping, the kids were on the slide nonstop🤣
The first floor also has a sofa, hanging chair, small tent, and more, all things kids love.

The second floor has large and small parent-child beds. The small bed is quite big, perfect for two little kids to sleep together~ The big bed feels much larger than typical hotel beds; our family of four can lie down and play without feeling cramped👏🏻

The parent-child washbasins, one big and one small, are so cute😍 There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobes, and slippers for both adults and kids! This is why staying at a family-friendly hotel is a must when traveling with kids🤩

There are many other themed rooms kids love here. My daughter liked the My Little Pony room and promised to stay there next time🤣
The housekeeper is very thoughtful, usually replies instantly, and you can even take photos with Pikachu after 9 a.m.😆 At check-in, the front desk gives out game tokens for claw machines and arcade games~ There’s also a carousel at the entrance to play on✅
