We tried their original steam fish – golden outside, tender inside, served with a light soy-ginger sauce that danced on the tongue.

The pan-fried cake, fluffy yet slightly chewy, carried the gentle sweetness of rice flour and scallions. And the braised pork belly?

Meltingly soft, simmered in a rich, aromatic broth that tasted of tradition and patience.
