South China National Botanical Garden

South China National Botanical Garden, located at 1190 Tianyuan Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, covers a vast area of 333 hectares. This botanical garden was personally founded in 1929 by the distinguished botanist Academician Chen Huanyong. It is not only the second national botanical garden established in China but also the oldest, richest in plant species, and largest subtropical botanical garden in South Asia, known as the "Green Gem of Southern China."
