Hiking along the Li River

阳朔 - 兴坪古镇 - （过渡）- 黄泥田村 - 相公山 - 下龙风光 - 全家洲 - （过渡）- 浪石村 - 水岩头村 -（过渡）- 杨堤乡

This hiking route, starting from Xingping ancient town and ending at Yangdi village, is what is known to be the essence of the Guilin Li River scenery.

It took us through all the stunning karst peaks, cute local villages, rice fields, bamboo forests and along the shores of the Li River. The views were so surreal that I constantly felt I had stepped into a postcard. We finished the hike in one day just right before the sunset when we were incredibly lucky to find a quite nice camping spot to set up the gears before it got dark.

Absolutely loved every bit of this trip and thank you @VickWalks for being such a great buddy! With every trip I am learning how backpacking works in China and I definitely feel more ready to venture out for some more serious hikes.
