Yangshuo during the day is a whole vibe — fresh fruit stands bursting with citrus and passionfruit 🍋🥭, street vendors grilling snacks that smell way too tempting, and cobblestone streets winding between cafes, craft shops, and karst peaks that pop out from behind every corner.

I wandered without a map (the best way here!) and kept finding little surprises: a tiny tofu stall with the friendliest owner, a quiet lane draped in red lanterns, and scooters buzzing past like the city’s heartbeat.
Yangshuo blends mountain calm + town buzz in a really charming way. Even a simple walk feels like a mini adventure — with scenery that refuses to be ignored.
