The old bridge and the pavilion all lit up look amazing, like something straight out of a movie. Locals are out taking photos, couples are walking hand in hand, and there’s this soft buzz from nearby food stalls and street performers.

I grabbed a skewer from a vendor and just wandered around with no plan. The area’s got that mix of history and chill city energy that feels really good after a busy day. You don’t need a tour or anything fancy, just comfy shoes and a bit of curiosity. If you’re in Guiyang, make sure you swing by here at night. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and super easy to enjoy without trying too hard. Definitely worth the walk.
