The average annual sunshine of more than 1000 hours, an average annual temperature of 14.2-15.5 degrees, a temperature of 22.6 degrees on average in the hottest July, and 4 degrees in the coldest January.

The area is dominated by zonal vegetation and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests with the native vegetation only having some evergreen broad-leaved tree species left. The natural vegetation here is featured with mixed needle and broad-leaved forests, brush meadows and shrubs. Artificial bird-tail forests are also available, as well as farmland vegetation of double-cropping a year and vegetables of
multiple-cropping a vear.
