Guizhou Ashilisi Grassland, Guzaiping, and Ertaipo Travelogue

After a 5-hour drive from Luzhou, we arrived at the vast Ashilisi Grassland! We explored two attractions, Guzaiping and Ertaipo, over two days.

🗓️Recommended Itinerary

· Day 1: Visit Guzaiping (Convenient accommodations with many guesthouses available)
· Day 2: Explore Ertaipo (Private vehicle is essential!)

🏔️Guzaiping Guide

· Operating Hours: 08:00-18:00 (Last entry at 17:00)
· Admission Fee: 45 RMB (Peak season: August-September)
· Cable Car: 40 RMB/one way (Not recommended for those with acrophobia)
· Sightseeing Bus: 50 RMB/round trip (Replaces over 3 hours of walking)
· The leek flowers blooming at the end of August are the most beautiful.

🚗Ertaipo Guide

· Admission Fee: 20 RMB (Great value!)
· Vehicle Entry: 100 RMB per car (Driver included)
· Designed as a one-way route, allowing stops for photography at desired spots
· Camping is allowed, but open fires are prohibited

💡Travel Tips

· Clothing: Bring a light jacket as the temperature difference is significant
· UV Protection: Prepare sunscreen and a hat as UV rays are strong
· Weather: Check Hezhang County's weather in advance (Touring is not possible in foggy or rainy conditions)
