Sichuan Travel, a Hidden Ancient Town in Southern Sichuan without Tourists | Taiping Ancient Town

It is called an ancient town, but it is rarely developed and promoted.
The entire ancient town is built on the mountain, with hundreds of houses stacked up one after another.
Most of the buildings here were built during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the quaint bluestone road connects the entire mountain.

This is Taiping Ancient Town in Gulin, Sichuan. It has both unique landscapes and the famous history of crossing the Chishui River four times. I spent a few days to compile this guide, which I suggest you save for later reference.

This is the location of two of the famous Red Army's four crossings of the Chishui River, so it has left a strong mark in history.

There are dozens of houses in the town where the leaders lived in those days. There is also a Taipingdu Exhibition Hall of the Four Crossings of the Chishui River, where you can see various precious cultural relics such as the Red Army seals, medical books, washbasins, horse lanterns, and trumpet scores.

The scenery of green mountains and clear waters, ancient stone roads, folk houses, and three-dimensional structures are suitable for photos of all styles.

There are few tourists here, it is quiet and peaceful. Very suitable for friends who like unpopular places
