🍁🏵️This is the best place to enjoy autumn in northern Beijing
🌅Every year at the end of September, this place transforms into a golden world. Unlike autumns elsewhere, the colors here are vibrant and layered, with mist swirling around.
🔜On the last day off before the National Day holiday, our group came to Laozhanggou and witnessed a "colorful forest feast." The red leaves blaze like fire🔥, golden leaves carpet the ground, and green leaves overlap—birch trees brushed with gold, maple trees dyed scarlet, pines and cypresses layered in dark green. It’s as if God spilled a palette on the mountain ridge🎨! Light filters through the forest, fallen leaves🍂 rustle underfoot, every step feels like walking inside an oil painting!
⛰️🪷🌲Morning mist in the mountains wraps the peaks like milky white gauze. Standing atop the Hero Slope, the colorful forest appears faint and mysterious, as if riding the clouds and mist✨
🍁The Laozhanggou Grand Loop is 22.5 kilometers long, with no water crossings, a 700-meter ascent, and only one major climb called "Hero Slope." It’s suitable for outdoor enthusiasts with some hiking experience.
