Swingin’ High at Gamaksan

#summervacay So I finally checked out the famous Gamaksan Suspension Bridge in Seolmari, and yeah, it totally lived up to the hype! The hike up isn’t super intense, but it’s got just enough incline to make you feel like you earned the view. And once you hit that bright red suspension bridge? Dang. It’s long, a little wobbly in the best way, and the views of the valley and forest below are chef’s kiss. Definitely a photo op moment.

After crossing the bridge, the trail continues up toward Gamaksan’s summit, which isn’t crazy high but still delivers with a nice panoramic payoff. Lots of chill spots to sit and snack along the way too. It’s super popular, so expect a bit of a crowd on weekends, but the vibe is fun and friendly.

If you’re looking for a half-day adventure that combines some thrills, nature, and Instagram-worthy moments, Gamaksan’s got your back. 10/10 would wobble across that bridge again!
