So-ok, a famous restaurant serving braised short ribs located in Hwangridan-gil, Gyeongju
I really like braised short ribs, and there is a famous restaurant serving braised short ribs in Gyeongju, so I couldn't miss it!

However, the waiting time was crazy : )

There is no separate app to wait, so you have to go there in person, write your name down, and just wait. I think it would be better to set aside about an hour.

It was spicy braised short ribs, and it was spicier than I thought, but it was delicious!

And the seaweed rice ball that came with it was the best. The combination of spicy braised short ribs and salty and savory seaweed rice ball was fantastic : )
