Grass-planting tips
The hotel is very clean. Especially the breakfast, it doesn't feel like some five-star hotels' makeshift meals, nor like some five-star hotels' placemats, which are reused without careful attention. But at Yate, many things are very standard, almost five-star quality. After the previous diner leaves, they disinfect the table and place a new placemat, it was my first time seeing a cutlery pack - both hygienic and exquisite. The entire breakfast experience was comfortable and reassuring. The variety in the restaurant reaches 12-13 types, catering to tastes from the north and south, the elderly, and the young.
The service of the waiters especially deserves praise; they move around and are always timely in providing assistance.
Facility Services:
The hotel's decoration is luxurious and classy, and the rooms are even equipped with Dyson hair dryers, among other things. Every staff member is very polite and considerate. Upon check-in, I was given a room that didn't require changing and was offered afternoon tea. The room was quiet and clean. They provided a large coconut and fruits. At bedtime, they served sweet soup. The toiletries have been upgraded to Bvlgari, enriching the mini bar. The breakfast bread has more variety than before, including freshly made Saozi noodles. The swimming pool has a comfortable room temperature and professional water temperature, with luxurious arrangements for coaches and lifeguards.
The butler service also reached the ultimate, from thoughtful and warm reminders before check-in to helping purchase children's headphones, raincoats, shuttle station, and duty-free shop discount coupons, etc., all prepared in advance. Because I was with a child and couldn't catch the shuttle bus, the butler even offered to drive us to the stadium after work.
