Hakata Cuisine: Motsunabe Rokkasya

Motsunabe Rokkasya has only one branch, located near Hakata Station. They offer individual servings of motsunabe (beef intestine hot pot) with four flavor options: Kyushu soy sauce, sesame miso, spicy miso, and numbing spicy miso.

To help foreign tourists understand, Rokkasya has put up signs in both Chinese and English, reminding everyone of a small dish/seating fee of 500 yen.

Additionally, Rokkasya requests that each customer orders at least one drink, which pairs perfectly with the hot pot!
