We stayed at NIPPONIA HOTEL Hakodate Minatomachi, which was built by renovating the Red Brick Warehouse, a symbol of Hakodate.

Each room in this hotel has its own theme color, and each room has a different Scandinavian interior design, making it a stylish hotel recommended for couples and girls' trips. 🤍
From the lobby to the rooms, the interior is beautiful and you can feel the history of the Red Brick Warehouse everywhere... The staff noticed that we were interested in the renovation, and they were really kind, showing us photos of the process of the hotel's construction and introducing us to other rooms that were available. 🫶🏻🌿

Even though we were exhausted from the long trip, the hospitality, the French cuisine themed on local ingredients, and the Hokkaido wine were all so wonderful that we were very satisfied. 🥹

The roomwear was made of waffle fabric and was so comfortable that we wanted to take it home. . The sake lees bath ♨️, made with sake lees from a local brewery, has a soothing, faint aroma of sake lees 🧖 It seems that many people don't have breakfast because they go to the morning market, but the bread was really delicious, so I recommend you try the breakfast too 🥐
There is a cafe time during the day where you can eat afternoon tea and parfaits made with seasonal fruits, and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
