This is the only way to view Goryokaku, Hakodate's top tourist attraction, from the sky. Stepping off the elevator, you're immediately greeted by the breathtaking view of Goryokaku, and I still remember the thrill. After descending from the observation deck, you'll find delicious Milkyssimo ice cream on the second floor, and a souvenir shop on the first floor.
