⭐️ueki soetsu gallery⭐️ is a gallery located on the second floor of the Goryokaku Tower. It's a place where various exhibitions are held, and there are surprisingly many good free exhibitions, so if you have time, it's recommended to stop by and see the exhibition. When I visited, there were paintings by a famous Japanese gapa painter on display. Highly recommended!!!
