I've been to Hakone six times and stayed at this hotel every time! I really like it! It rained on the first day in Hakone, so I simply chose to take a hot spring bath in the hotel. The private open-air bath on the top floor of this Japanese-style hot spring hotel is very beautiful. The overall experience of staying here is that the price-performance ratio is very good.

2 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto Station
The location is very good, and the commercial street is just downstairs
Room: I booked a Japanese-style room with a private bath. Although the room is not big, the view is great. The white noise of the river outside the balcony is very relaxing. When the door is closed, there is no sound at all. The sound of the corridor is also well isolated, which is really a plus point in the traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. Balcony: There is a hot spring pool, it is so comfortable to soak in the shade of green trees! Private open-air bath on the top floor: Kawanchan & Egret. The very popular Kawanchan was not booked at the right time, and Egret is also good (the difference is the shape of the pool, the scenery is almost the same) Only breakfast was ordered for meals, and the taste was quite satisfactory; bottled mineral water is not provided in the room.
In summary, this is a good choice for experiencing a Japanese inn in Hakone at a good value for money.
