[Hakone Kowakudani Onsen Mizu no Oto] Japanese grilled kaiseki course meal and breakfast

Hakone Kowakudani Onsen Mizu no Oto

492-23 Kowakudani, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun, Kanagawa 250-0406

About a 15-minute walk from Kowakudani Station

About a 5-minute walk from Ninohira Iriguchi bus stop

I stayed here with dinner and breakfast included.

When you check in, you can choose the dinner time,

17:00~ or 20:00~,

and either a seared kaiseki or a hot pot kaiseki.

The seared kaiseki had seafood such as shrimp and scallops,

beef, pork, and chicken.

You can choose one of the three dishes

for the course menu,

and I chose seafood chawanmushi.

It includes all-you-can-drink for one hour with a glass exchange system.

From 22:30 to 23:00, it's night naki soba time.

The light soup is delicious.

For breakfast, you can choose porridge or rice.
The miso soup was brought to us in a pot, so we heated it on the stove and ate it hot.
We were also able to grill the fish over the fire.
We could choose from three types of sauce for our homemade pudding.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was great to be able to eat it while it was still hot and to have the fun of choosing your food.

When we checked out, they provided salt tablets and water at the entrance.
It seems to be only available during the summer, but it was very much appreciated.
