At Suite Villa Hakone Toji Retreat, you're enveloped in the forests of Hakone. This is a new villa series from Resol Stay, launched in September 2025, and we experienced a high-quality stay themed around "living like you're at home."

Located in the quiet Kozukayama area of ​​Sengokuhara, you can feel the clear air and tranquility of the forest the moment you step out of your car. The spacious 4LDK building accommodates up to eight people, making it ideal for groups, families, and couples. Although we were just two people, it felt like our own private villa.

The living room, with its impressive atrium and large windows, is filled with luxury furniture from around the world, including an arflex sofa and Grande Papilio by B&B Italia. The lighting is by Moooi Heracleum. The entire space feels like a design showroom, with its changing appearance between day and night. Equipped with a large-screen projector and a Weber BBQ grill, you can enjoy movies and meals while overlooking the forest.

The hot spring water, 100% sourced from Owakudani Onsen, is milky white and soft on the skin, leaving you feeling moisturized after a bath. Soaking while gazing out the large windows at the forest is truly blissful. At night, the moonlight streamed in, creating a soothing experience that made you feel one with nature.

Cooking utensils and appliances are fully provided, so you can prepare your own meals. The heated floors ensure comfort throughout the year, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. Perfect for workcations and long-term stays. Close to the Sengokuhara Susuki Grass Plains and art museums, it's convenient for sightseeing, but the stay itself is a special experience.

A check-in and check-out system ensures complete privacy without face-to-face contact with staff. Unlike a hotel or a home, it offers the comfort of "coming home to your own vacation home."
