Hangzhou | Canopy by Hilton West Lake

| Canopy by Hilton Westlake. When I was returning to Hangzhou from Qiandao Lake, I was struggling to decide whether to book Hotel Intercontinental or Canopy. In fact, I had seen Canopy in Xi'an and thought it was super nice. In the end, I chose Canopy because of its great location. It was very close to the West Lake and there were business districts nearby, so it was very convenient.
🎊My first impression in the elevator was that it had a "nightclub style". The entire style of the hotel 🏨 is dominated by orange. I actually prefer more simple and elegant hotels (of course I can't say that the style of this hotel is not good-looking, it's purely personal preference). I think the style is quite similar to that of the W Hotel 🏨.
Advantages:
[One] The hotel is in a great location, close to West Lake and Yintai.
[Two] The bedding is very comfortable. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in so far.
Disadvantages:
[One] is too close to the building opposite, which not only has a bad view, but also poor privacy.
[Two] I personally think there is a bar downstairs. Although the floor I live on is quite far from the lobby on the first floor, I can still vaguely hear the sound.
