Pay homage and pray at Faxi Temple (法喜寺)

This is a famous Mahayana Buddhist temple in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Founded during the Tang Dynasty (around 868 AD), the name "Faxi" (法喜) means "joy of the Dharma" or "happiness born from the Dharma."

Chinese sisters often come here to take photos, and you'll see them everywhere in Xiao Hong Shu.

This temple is located about 1 kilometer from Lingyin Temple. If you visit Lingyin Temple, we recommend you visit and pay your respects at least once.

You can walk there or take the mini-tram for 10 yuan.

The temple grounds are lush and green. After paying respects, there's a popular spot for Chinese sisters to take beautiful photos to share on social media.
