Wushan Scenic Area Citywalk: A Serene and Free Spot for Forest-Themed Photography

This time in Hangzhou, the homestay "Linyin Xilu" was a perfect choice🏡. Right outside the door is the entrance to Wushan Scenic Area. Sharing a nearby walking route that's scenic, less crowded, and free—perfect for capturing atmospheric shots with ease.

🚶 Walking Route

Linyin Xilu → Wushan Scenic Area → Chenghuang Pavilion → Balkan Inn → White Snake Flying Bridge → Changqiao Park → Liulang Wenying

🌟 Highlights Along the Way

- Jianghu Huiguan Pavilion: The highest point of Wushan, offering a 360° panoramic view of Hangzhou, with Chenghuang Pavilion visible in the distance.
- Chenghuang Pavilion: A seven-story antique-style building blending Southern Song and Yuan Dynasty designs. Climb to the 3rd–6th floors for sweeping views of West Lake and Hangzhou.
- Balkan Inn: Shoot from above to frame the distant Wangxian Pavilion. Backlit in summer afternoons, best visited in the early morning or morning.
- White Snake Flying Bridge: A romantic path featured by Jolin Tsai💑. The S-shaped white corridor hidden in the woods is ethereal, located 200 meters west of Wansong Academy.
- Changqiao Park: The best spot to photograph Leifeng Pagoda and a hidden gem for West Lake sunsets, with far fewer crowds than Jixian Pavilion.
- Liulang Wenying: The "Green Fairy Tale" under the New Henghe Bridge arch is trending—expect queues for photos.
