【Play】The ancient town is quiet and uncrowded, taking about half an hour to explore. The highlight is the "Double Shadow Bridge" over the creek—worth walking back and forth. You can wade in the water under the bridge—so relaxing! Alternatively, the scenic area near the tourist center is even better for creek trekking and setting up tents, perfect for lying back and cloud-watching.

【Play】We headed to the Giant Tree Kingdom in the cool morning. Fresh from rain, water streamed down the rocks, and the 24°C breeze was filled with negative oxygen ions—chilly enough for short sleeves.
In the afternoon, we wandered around Chanyuan Temple, a serene Yuan Dynasty monastery and one of Jiangnan's famous temples. The grand architecture is incredibly photogenic.

【Play】Originally planned to hike Daming Mountain, but the kids refused to leave the creek. Duling Mountain Creek in Shunxi Village is absolutely stunning! The water is glass-clear, with tiny fish darting around. Upstream, there’s a small waterfall, but the depth isn’t kid-friendly. For families, playing near Duling Mountain—splashing in the water and stacking rocks—is more than enough fun.
