Bat Trang Village in Hanoi is famous as a pottery village.
I love pottery, so I went there right away!
There are many pottery shops in the village!
There was pottery for sale even in the cafe.
At the museum, you can learn about the history of Bat Trang pottery and experience painting yourself, which is fun🖼️
It took me a long time to choose all the cute pottery, so I spent half a day in Bat Trang Village.
I recommend it to people who like pottery and plates!
About the basket at the end of the photo,
I heard that before COVID, they would put it in without you having to say anything to prevent it from breaking,
but now they will put it in if you ask🧺
This basket is very convenient for putting onions in it◎
🚕It's a 30-40 minute taxi ride from Hanoi Old Quarter, and costs 170,000 VND (just over ¥1,000 in Japanese yen).
You can get there cheaper by bus, but it's a hassle, so if you're traveling with more than two people, it's better to take a taxi◎
Bach Trang pottery itself is really cheap, so it makes a great souvenir♡
I bought a lot of it as a souvenir for my family♡
💰Price:
Rice bowl 60,000VND (about 350 yen)
Large plate 200,000VND (about 1160 yen)
Rice bowl 100,000VND (about 580 yen)
↑These are reference prices.
Highly recommended for yourself and as a souvenir🫶🏽
They will wrap it up in cushioning material to prevent it from breaking.
