Snow and Vodka

The Volga Manor isn’t the best landmark to view in Harbin but it’s an interesting one. From Zhangyang Street area it took around 1 hour 30 minutes to drive to Volga Manor area.
We started by visiting the main Russian manor which we accessed via the shuttle bus (included in the ticket cost). The bus goes from the entrance, past the restaurant and up to the main attraction. Once inside, you can queue to try out the ice slide. Different to many others in Harbin, this one sees you conjoin with others to take a trip down the ice path. Quick and a laugh!

After the ice slide, wander through the manors wide area and photograph all that can be seen. There are many interesting buildings here that should be witnessed.
The final recommended stop is the Vodka Chalet - yeah you can grab an ice cold shot of vodka, again included in the ticket cost. Just choose red or white vodka (red is most likely plum wine but who knows!)

The Volga manor area also has an ‘authentic’ Russian restaurant, this is still to be confirmed. Dishes are served in a set menu style ranging between 68 and 298RMB. #tigeryear2022 #urbanexplorer #harbin #snowpark
