Kai Kirishima Rice

Speaking of the Kai series,
their food is truly amazing! ✨

First of all, the food in Kyushu is so delicious.

This was my first time dining at Kai,
and it was so, so delicious! 🥺♡

🔸Satsuma Shabu-Shabu Kaiseki
Every single dish was so carefully prepared, it was a joy just to watch.

Kagoshima is synonymous with shochu.

They also had a shochu pairing, but it was so delicious I got drunk and caused trouble for Take. 😂

🔸Dareyame Set
means "evening drink" in the Kagoshima dialect.
This evening drink set features a delicious sweet potato shochu and rum-flavored ice cream mochi.
It was so delicious it was mind-blowing, it got me hooked on shochu! 🥺
We enjoyed watching the sunset on the view terrace! ✨

🔸Breakfast
We stayed two nights,
and both nights had different breakfast options! ☺️
The first night, we had Amami Oshima's specialty chicken rice 🐔, with unlimited rice refills!
The second night, we had a Japanese set meal, and both nights were absolutely delicious!
The satsuma soup was absolutely delicious! 😭

🔸Hot Springs
Even if your room has an open-air bath,
you should definitely try the large public bath. ♨️
The weather was beautiful the day I went,
and the stars were so visible they were stunning.
You should definitely go to the large public bath at night. Seriously.
