The old office building of the No. 6 factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Holding Co. in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China, has been transformed into an art museum. The building is designed with a European flair and is called the “Louvre of Northeast China” by the locals. It has 5 floors in total. You can visit the 1st, 4th and 5th floors.
