Sizzler's Central Hat Yai branch is located on the 5th floor of the mall. The atmosphere is pleasant and the seating is comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We went on a weekday evening, and there weren't many people. We didn't have to wait long for our food.

This time, we ordered the Hawaiian Chicken Steak. This dish is served with a slightly sweet and salty sauce, fragrant with pineapple. The chicken was tender and perfectly soaked in the sauce, and it was paired with the fragrant grilled pineapple, which perfectly balanced the flavors. It's a light but perfectly balanced dish. Those who don't like strong flavors should enjoy it.

The salad bar is also fully stocked, with fresh, clean vegetables. They also offer pasta, soup, garlic bread, fruit, and dessert. On the day we went, they had the delicious cold pasta and mushroom soup. They were constantly refilled, so even beginners or those with limited vegetable intake were sure to find themselves going back for more.

The service was excellent. The staff were constantly clearing plates, refilling water, and checking everything was in order. The tables were clean and the restaurant wasn't stuffy.

Overall, Sizzler Central Hat Yai is a branch with good standards, similar to the ones in Bangkok. It's perfect for a relaxing meal after shopping or a long evening with friends or family. The Hawaiian Chicken Steak was even better than expected. Highly recommended for those who enjoy a sweet and salty, well-balanced flavor.
