The nine-story Song-style tower offers sweeping views of Baohe Lake, lotus ponds, and Hefei’s skyline. Inside, small exhibits share stories of Judge Bao’s life and the city’s long heritage. Climb to the top at sunset to see the roofs glow in golden light — it’s Hefei’s most iconic historic view.
