Mitchan Okonomiyaki, the most famous okonomiyaki restaurant in Hiroshima. The original branch is in Hatchobori.

But this one is definitely just as delicious. I must say that it's incredibly delicious. This one uses the original Hiroshima recipe. It's a thin-crust okonomiyaki with soba noodles, udon noodles, pork, and cabbage.

When you eat it together, it's sooo delicious. The sauce is well-rounded, with just the right amount of sour and salty flavor.

For friends who visit Hiroshima, I highly recommend this restaurant. Just talking about it makes me want to go back and eat it again. Lol
