We packed coffee and pastries at Delifrance , the outlets Hiroshima and were truly impressed by the *siphon brewing* method ! This unique method uses vapor pressure and vacuum to extract flavors from coffee grounds. We waited a bit for the brewing process, but it was amazing to experience the process. Haha, this was our first time discovering the charm of siphon coffee. The coffee taste was *fantastic* , rich, smooth, and with a vibrant clarity that highlighted the coffee's flavors ☕️. The aroma was captivating too! We even went back to buy another cup. And as expected from Japan standards, the pastry quality was always good 😋. I highly recommended giving it a try if you visit Delifrance at the outlets Hiroshima.
