Hiroshima Yaki - Full Focus 6/F Station Square

You must eat Hiroshima Yaki when you go to Hiroshima.

Many people choose to go to Riko Hiroshima-yaki or Hiroshima-yaki みっちゃん総本店 at ekie food court at JR station.

But these two may be more famous, with queues already appearing before 11:30am.

Since I had to catch the Shinkansen afterwards, I transferred to Hiroshima Gogo Monogatari at Full Focus Building 6/F, which is 5 minutes away from the station.

There are also many Hiroshima grills here to choose from.

I chose one of them, PePe.

I wanted to eat Hiroshima oysters so I ordered the seafood satisfying stew.
The seafood has squid, scallops, Hiroshima oysters, shrimp, all have plenty of ingredients.
Hiroshima-yaki is slightly different from Osaka-yaki.
So on the palate Hiroshima grill will be richer, with sauce and mayonnaise, the flavor is very rich. The seafood was also very fresh.

Overall, the taste is good, if you go to Hiroshima can try.
