You can get there in about 2 hours.
It is a little closer than Yufuin, so it is good for a day trip. I definitely recommend it to those who want to go to the suburbs on a short trip. 🤍

•Go to Hakata Bus Terminal 3F

Enter the bus terminal building

•Take the yellow or red escalator up to get to the 3rd floor express bus terminal boarding gate.

•If you go up the purple escalator, you will see a restaurant.

💡(What if you go to the 3rd floor and there is a restaurant? 👉🏻Go down to the 2nd floor, pass Daiso, and take the red escalator!!)
