Delicious tasting menu at Anan Saigon

When in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, I tried the 9-course tasting menu at Michelin fine-dining restaurant Anan Saigon and it was excellent!

Here were the dishes:

1. Foie Gras Spring Roll
2. River Prawn Taco
3. Salmon
4. Grilled Pork Bourdain
5. Black cod
6. Angus Beef Tenderloin
7. Iced Mochi Balls
8. Dark chocolate mousse coffee
9. Petit Fours

Advance reservations are highly recommended!
