Michelin Saigon

Vietnam house is located in a beautiful French Colonial building, the ambience is elegant with a touch of modern sophistication. The wide menu with several dishes covers a range of Vietnamese food and fusion twists. Expect to find all the classics you love, like phở and bánh mì, alongside innovative creations that burst with fresh, local flavors. I was particularly impressed by Rice Noodles with Grilled Iberico Pork & Lobster Netted Spring Rolls.

Some of the things on the menu really took me by surprise. For instance the ribs we ordered came done in a mildly sweet peanut sauce. I wasn't expecting it to be that but it did taste nice. As far as drinks are concerned, refreshing cocktails and decadent desserts are part of the menu. Vietnam House delivers on both these fronts. Their beverage list features innovative takes on classic cocktails, incorporating unique Vietnamese ingredients.

And don't forget to save room for dessert - their options are as delicious as they are beautiful. Lastly price wise it does get a bit pricey I mean between the 3 of us with drinks we paid a total of close to 200 USD and there are set menu items typically randing about 35 USD. So, if that sounds fine, this may be worth a visit.
