Ba Thien Hau Temple is built by a group of Chinese immigrants & community in Cho Lon(Chinatown in Ho Chi Minh City) during 1760 to worship Thien Hau(Mazu), a Chinese deity also known as Goddess of Sea who protected fishermen and sailors

Today, the Chinese community in Chinatown come to Ba Thien Hau Temple pray for health and prosperity during 1st & 15th day of lunar calendar

The architecture of Thien Hau Temple is significantly influenced by Chinese culture as we can see many Chinese words & lantern 🏮 in the temple
