My 1st try on Egg Coffee @ Little Hanoi Egg Coffee Yersin

Day 2 of my HCM trip and finally get to try egg coffee for the first time at Little Hanoi Egg Coffee (Yersin), which was about 5 minutes' walk from my hotel.

Kickstart my day with their Special Egg Benedict and famous Egg Coffee.

Egg Coffee was definitely something new to me as the drink was served with top layer - a creamy sweet eggy foam and bottom layer - coffee on the bitter side. Having to taste it separately first and thereafter stirred to blend for the full flavour, i would say both layers well complement each other.

Special Egg Benedict was simply wholesome and satisfying too as it consist of smoked salmon, spinach, side salad with a serve of fruits.

A great place to check out for your next breakfast option in HCM.

Plus, not forgetting the warm & welcoming service coming from the staff and the overall cosy ambience to this cafe and interesting corners here & there.
