🧁 This has to be the best pastry shop we've ever been to. I have to say, we went to Cafe Ivoire almost every day while in Ho Chi Minh City. My friend especially loved their cinnamon rolls (they toast them for you, which were incredibly delicious and fluffy). Cinnamon rolls sell out so quickly, so you have to get there early and try your luck, or order in advance on Instagram—the easiest option. 😃😄 Now, let's talk about the cakes. You don't have to fly to Paris or Singapore to find Cédric Grolet—just head to Ivory Coast. We had strawberry shortcake, avocado tiramisu, mango, corn, and peach. 😋😍
The strawberry avocado tiramisu was absolutely amazing! You have to try it, everyone! But my favorite was the strawberry shortcake. There were tiny chocolate chips hidden within the layers of shortcake, which complemented the soft texture of the cake perfectly. Wrapped in avocado and passion fruit, it's absolutely delicious. The tiramisu in the "caviar" box made us hesitate between chocolate-covered sago or chocolate spheres. 😄😄 Every cake here is creative, technical, and incredibly delicious. The staff informed us that some cakes contain alcohol, so they may not be suitable for children. It's best to ask the staff before ordering.
