🍕✨Vietnam MUST VISIT RESTAURANT🍴

This time I went to Pizza 4P's Bến Thành. It's a very popular restaurant, so advance reservations are essential. I made a reservation the day before and managed to get a 3pm slot⏰.

4P's is a restaurant founded by a Japanese person, and is a brand based on "Japanese-style pizza" that has expanded globally. It's famous for its homemade cheese and original toppings, and is loved by locals and tourists alike because it's more affordable than in Japan🇯🇵🇻🇳.

This time, we had:
- Prosciutto and arugula pizza topped with fresh burrata 🍕
- Sweet mango wrapped in prosciutto 🥭
- Cheese plate featuring homemade cheeses 🧀
- Ricotta and arugula appetizer wrapped in prosciutto
- Juicy steak served with three sauces and corn 🥩
- Refreshing burrata and fruit salad 🥗

The combination of ingredients was exquisite, and the burrata in particular was milky and rich, a perfect match with the pizza!

And a pleasant surprise! ✨
The service was also excellent, and at the end of the meal, they even served us complimentary whey gelato 🍨. With its gentle sweetness and refreshing texture, it was the perfect after-meal treat. Not only was the food delicious, but the hospitality was also palpable, making for a truly satisfying experience.
