Restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City

This restaurant is quite popular among tourists. The hotel we stayed at recommended it. Prices are a bit higher than usual, but it's still affordable. The Vietnamese food here is delicious and unlike anything you'd find in Thai restaurants. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The sauce here is distinctly different from other places. Since Vietnamese food is typically made with rice flour and vegetables, the sauce helps differentiate each dish and gives each restaurant its own unique identity. I've been to many grilled shrimp restaurants and haven't found any that make the sauce as good as this one.
