One of the best parts of a weekend in Ninh Binh is that most trails and scenic spots are either free or super cheap. I packed some snacks, filled up my water bottle, and just started walking. Within minutes, I was surrounded by jungle, limestone cliffs, and birdsong. Hiking here feels like stepping back in time, and you don’t need a guide or a ticket to enjoy it. Sometimes the best adventures come from just lacing up your shoes and exploring.
