What I loved most was how authentic everything felt. Unlike crowded tourist hotspots, Khu Nhu, Hoa Lu, and Ninh Nhat still feel untouched in many ways. Walking or cycling through these areas, I felt more connected to the land and people than I usually do when traveling. It’s not polished or flashy — it’s real. And that’s what makes it the kind of weekend getaway that sticks with you long after you leave.
