After the Rain

After a short afternoon rain, Ninh Binh turns even more magical. The limestone peaks glisten, the rice fields shine bright green, and small streams run along the paths. I took my bike out when the clouds were still hanging low, and the whole landscape looked like a watercolor painting — soft, quiet, and alive with color. The smell of wet grass and earth stayed with me long after.
