Breakfast is served in the dining area at the back of the lobby.
There is also outdoor terrace seating.
The number of dishes is a little small, but there are vegetable dishes, and each one is delicious.
Pho and omelettes are made on the spot.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and when I went to breakfast on the second day at the same time as the start time, the ingredients for pho and omelettes were prepared, but there was no pho soup and no chef, so I couldn't eat it.
I think this was just a coincidence, but if you don't have to leave the hotel early in the morning, I think you can eat all the dishes if you go a little later.
